OF PLANS OR BLUEPRINTS for all Building Projects including: For Residential dwellings and additions - Floor plan, foundation plan (cement information) and a cross sections diagram of the walls. Modular and mobile homes (single or double-wide) - Floor plan and cement information (pier diagram if no full basement). If a modular, also submit the building system approval slip. Accessory Buildings Including Pole Barns - cross section wall diagram indicating pole depth or foundation and cement information, stud placement along with a material list and truss diagram. The cities of Cedar Springs, Plainwell, and the township's of Gunplain and Otsego require 2 sets of plans. |

| THE ALLEGAN COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT IS NOW REQUIRING WELLS TO BE TESTED AND APPROVED PRIOR TO AN OCCUPANCY PERMIT BEING ISSUED FOR NEW HOMES AND BUSINESSES. WATER SAMPLE BOTTLES MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND THEY WILL TEST THE SAMPLES FOR $27.00.
